Week 1: May 24th – 27th, Week 2: May 31st – June 3rd, Week 3: June 7th – 10th, Week 4: June 14th – 17th
Week 5: June 21st – 24th, Week 6: June 28th – June 30th, Week 7: July 5th – 8th, Week 8: July 12th – 15th
Week 9: July 19th – 22nd
Times:
(7am – 8:30am) All incoming 9th -12th BOYS & GIRLS (male & female athletes will workout together)
(8:45am – 9:45am) High School Sports Specific Training – All incoming 9th – 12th Boys & Girls
(10am – 11am) All incoming 7th – 8th grade BOYS & GIRLS (male & female athletes will workout together)
