Today, Superintendent Warren rounded up our incredible Student Council officers and headed to Seton Ascension Hospital to serve as official judges in their annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest!

The students took their role VERY seriously. Not only did they help choose the top pumpkins, but they also represented Luling ISD with pride!

Huge thanks to Seton Ascension for inviting our students — we loved being part of the fall fun!

Next week is Red Ribbon Week in Luling ISD!

At the October meeting of the Luling ISD Board of Trustees, we had the pleasure of recognizing outstanding students and staff members who continue to make a positive impact across our district. Our Staff and Student Spotlights celebrated individuals who exemplify dedication, excellence, and leadership in their schools. In addition, the Board proudly recognized members of the National Elementary Honor Society, honoring their commitment to scholarship, responsibility, service, and leadership. Congratulations to all honorees for representing the best of Luling ISD!

On Wednesday, October 8th, all Gerdes band students from 6th-8th grade had their first performance of the year. We are super proud of the progress they've made these first 9 weeks of school and look forward to their musical development throughout the year and future performances

Our Eagles are Corpus Christi bound!

This afternoon, our Varsity Boys Cross Country team and our standout Varsity Girls runner, Aurora Jones, hit the road on their way to the Regional Meet! These athletes have trained with heart and Zero Quit all season long — and tomorrow, they’ll proudly represent Luling ISD on the course in Corpus Christi.

Join us in wishing them the best of luck as they chase their goals and run with Eagle pride! 💚

Today the Luling ISD District Success Team came together to collaborate and make strategic decisions that will guide the district’s continued growth and success. Through thoughtful discussion and shared commitment, the team is working to ensure that every decision supports student achievement and strengthens the district’s vision for the future.

What's for lunch? Students were given the opportunity to have a say in their lunch and breakfast choices. Student viewpoint surveys were completed during lunch time for authentic feedback!
