We started the morning with a wonderful Appreciation Breakfast to celebrate our amazing hourly staff, and it was a perfect way to kick off the day!
A huge thank you to our School Board members — Jason Rios, Seth Powell, Bubba Damon, Glenn Miles and Joann Garza-Mayberry — for sponsoring today’s breakfast.
Every board member contributed this week, and we are grateful for the collective support they continue to show our team.
Luling ISD is stronger because of the people who care so deeply about our staff and students.

Don’t worry…this one’s heart is already well over two sizes too big.
Our students understood the assignment — wear green and bring the holiday spirit!

Elley’s creativity shines, and we surprised her with a gift bag filled with new art supplies to keep that talent growing.
A big thank you to Mrs. Davis, our JH art teacher, for inspiring and supporting Elley and so many young artists.

Shanklin Student Council, Athletics, TSA, Key Club, the HS Student Council, members of our School Board, and Superintendent Warren all showed up to honor and remember those who served. Watching our students and leaders stand side-by-side for something so meaningful is a powerful reminder of what service and community look like in action.

The Luling ISD Gifted and Talented referral window is officially open! From December 1st to February 27th, parents/guardians, teachers, and community members may refer students for GT testing. If you are interested in referring a student, please scan the QR code listed on the flyer and fill out the referral form.

A special thank you to Ms. Evelyn Hernandez for once again organizing such a meaningful event. Her dedication and attention to detail make this ceremony a highlight of every school year. 💚

Our students have been preparing heartfelt performances and tributes to honor your service, courage, and dedication.

Luling ISD proudly invites our community—especially our veterans and their families—to join us for our Veterans Day Program on Tuesday, November 11. This special event is our way of saying thank you to the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country.

This morning, district and campus staff met to review our Emergency Operations Plan, ensuring everyone understands their role in the event of an emergency. Preparation and clear communication are key to keeping our students and staff safe.
Regular training like this helps us stay ready for anything—because nothing is more important than the safety and well-being of our Eagle family.

Please take a look at the information below and share with anyone who could benefit — no one in our community should go without a meal. 💚

It’s never too late to achieve your goals — take the first step today!

Bring your costumes, your friends, and your Eagle spirit for a spooktacular evening hosted by LHS Student Council!

Luling ISD thanks you for always answering the call. 💚

The students took their role VERY seriously. Not only did they help choose the top pumpkins, but they also represented Luling ISD with pride!
Huge thanks to Seton Ascension for inviting our students — we loved being part of the fall fun!

Our campuses are ready to show their support for living drug-free with fun and meaningful dress-up days. JH and HS students will follow their themed days, while Shanklin has its own age-appropriate version to join in the spirit.
Check out the schedules in the images below and get your outfits ready—we can’t wait to see our Eagles show their pride and commitment to making healthy choices!
